Manish Pratap

Manish joined Select Group in 2024 as Head of Customer Care, Operations & Handove. With a distinguished track record spanning over two decades in the UAE real estate sector, he has consistently delivered unparalleled customer experiences.

His career highlights include spearheading customer care initiatives for industry leaders such as Emaar and Aldar, where he has been instrumental in introducing innovative strategies and fostering a culture of customer satisfaction.

Drawing upon extensive expertise in managing high-net-worth clientele, cultivated through pivotal roles in Emaar's Signature Service and Aldar, he has overseen the seamless handover of more than 50,000 homes across prestigious developments, including the Burj Khalifa, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Dubai Marina, Arabian Ranches, Address Hotels and service apartments, Saadiyat Reserve, Yas Acres, and Mamsha.

Manish's proficiency also extends to community and facility management, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Internationally, he has successfully managed projects in Serbia, Morocco, Bahrain, and Jordan while collaborating with Eagle Hills. As the Director of Customer Management at Aldar Properties PJSC, he led a dynamic team of customer care management, encompassing Customer Excellence, Operation Excellence, DLP, Property Handover, Quality Assurance, Digital Transformation, and Post Sales Operations, additionally, driving the implementation of Salesforce and Genesys systems, elevating operational efficiency and enhancing customer self-service capabilities.

Manish holds a Business Management degree from Fore School of Management, New Delhi.
