Hannah joined Select Group in 2020 and has since transitioned into the role of Customer Care Manager.
In this role, Hannah is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer care operations, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service. Her strategic insights and team-oriented leadership style continue to drive improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Hannah began her journey with Select Group as a Marketing Executive before moving into Customer Care, showcasing her versatility and dedication to enhancing the customer experience.
Hannah holds an Honours degree in Business Management from the University of Huddersfield. Her academic background, combined with practical experience, provides her with a strong foundation in business principles and customer management strategies.
