The Hive
Located in Dubai Studio City, The Hive is a low-rise development spread over nine levels comprising two blocks. The development features 200 residential units with a shared podium, eight retail shops, a large gym, a communal lounge, and a rooftop pool.
The majority of the apartments have been leased by InterContinental Dubai Marina for their executive staff accommodation requirements.
The remaining apartments are leased to corporate occupiers.
