Nottingham One

Nottingham One is a mixed-use waterside development. In 2012, Select Group bailed out South Reef, later to be renamed ‘Nottingham One’ – a GBP 50 million mixed-use development which had been unable to complete construction and subsequently fell into administration. Select Group restarted and completed the construction post-acquisition and the Group and its subsidiaries won the East Midlands Developer of the Year Award in 2014 for the project. The completed Nottingham One, with its own footbridge, is now the city’s leading residential address, making it a desirable place to live or work. Located on Canal Street in the city centre, the main building offers investors a choice of canal or street facing views from six beautiful residential floors rising above mezzanine level offices. Three triangular shaped pavilions provide further canal facing residential and grade A office accommodation, while a separate 13-storey tower is exclusively reserved for luxury residential use.
