Ballochmyle Estate

In 2013, Ballochmyle Estate was acquired by Select Group as part of its investment portfolio. A historic address, records of the estate go back to the 18th century. The most prominent building within the Ballochmyle Estate is Ballochmyle House, a mansion house originally constructed in 1760. The mansion house, consisting of 22 luxury apartments, along with phase 1 of the 30 hectares site were completed by Select Group before divesting in May 2019.
