Senior Sales Executive/Sales Executive

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for driving and achieving maximum sales profitability by effectively selling the Company’s property portfolio and managing the full sales process with the customer, from initial contact through to closing the sale.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current customers, prospective customers and 3rd party agents to generate sales.
  • Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting the right property for to suit their needs.
  • Networks, prospects and generates sales leads
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Follows up on sales leads with potential customers
  • Researches sources for developing prospective customers and increasing the Company’s client base
  • Negotiates terms of agreement
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals for current and prospective customers.
  • Works closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market.
  • Plans and organises their time effectively to ensure maximum efficiency.
After Sales
  • Provides after sales support to customers including following up for the due payment as required.
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Reporting
  • Provides periodic reports to management related to the sales pipeline
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Attends team meetings and shares best practice with colleagues.
  • Updates ERP system with sales related information
Market Knowledge
  • Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized college/university
  • Minimum 3 years (at least 1 year within the UAE) experience in a sales environment, preferably in the real estate/ property sector
  • Excellent knowledge of property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends
  • RERA certification preferred
  • Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Multilingual highly desirable but must speak, read and write English fluently
  • Own car and UAE driving license preferred
